Christmas Decorating

for Visitors

Great Smokies Shopper will decorate rental properties for guests of Pigeon Forge for $250 in the following manner: Professionally decorated artificial 7.5' pre-lit tree, tree skirt, stocking hangers (up to 4), stockings (up to 4), and lighted garland for a mantle.  Through this program, Christmas decorations are for rent only. If everything is left in good condition, the required $100 deposit will be returned.

Holiday Decorating for Property Owners

Decorators in this area charge $65 per hour for everything they do for you:  shopping, decorating, and undecorating with NO storage offered.  On average for Christmas, this can cost property owners $390 PLUS the cost of your decorations.  Whew!

Great Smokies Shopper bases its fees only on what we purchase for you.  You tell us what you want us to buy and then we do the shopping, decorate for whichever holiday season, take it down when the season is over, and offer FREE STORAGE until the next year when we return to do it all over again.  The first year you only pay for the decorations; the following year you only pay 1/2 of what you paid the first year.  This is a three-year lease-to-own program.  We can decorate for any holiday of the year.
